Our staff and patient safety is of the utmost importance to us. Our office has always exceeded the guidelines for infection control and we will continue that for COVID 19 and beyond. We have implemented new screening, clinic, and infection control COVID-19 guidelines.

These will all be detailed in your patient portal.

How will me booking an appointment differ?

We are booking one patient every 45-60 minutes, so there will be less appointment slots available per day. Trust that I will be working as much as possible to get everyone in. We will be performing COVID-19 screenings over the phone prior to confirming patient appointments. Your health and safety is our biggest concern!

If you are ill or screen positive, we will ask you to wait to book your appointment and ask you to reshedule.

My appointment is booked, now what?

Every patient prior to their appointment will have to go to their patient portal and pre-sign ALL their consent forms. This will minimize the passing back and forth of iPads/electronic tablets for signatures.
*** If you have not signed ALL your consent forms we WILL NOT be able to inject you.

We will give patients the option to pre-pay for their service if not already done. Many of our patients have pre-paid for their services.

This again is in effort to minimize contact.

If possible, please come without any make-up to your appointment.

This will decrease the face to face time.

I arrived at my appointment, what should I expect?

We are asking our patients to WAIT in their cars until their slotted appointment time.

Please ARRIVE ON TIME to your appt.

As much as I will be thrilled to see you and give you a hug, your presence is the best hug ever. (This will be very hard for me to not hug you!)

EVERY PATIENT will be required to come to their appt with a face mask.

No VISITORS will be allowed at your appointment.

We will check your temperature and document it. If you have a temperature greater than 100.4, we will not proceed with procedure.

Your initial appointment may take more time as we get used to new protocols, your patience is appreciated.

We will ask you to bring limited items to your appointment. (i.e. wallet and car keys)

We will ask you to wash or sanitize your hands upon entering the treatment room.

What can I expect from my injector?

I will be in PPE (personal protective equipment) during the appointment. I will wear a scrub cap, face googles/shield, mask, and will be changing gloves often.

All the exam rooms will be cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized between each patient and after the final patient of the day. Treatment areas will be disinfected with disposable surface wipes effective against bacteria, tuberculosis, fungi and viruses. These wipes will be used on ANY surface that comes into contact with a patient such as treatment chair, equipment, and counters. Because of this our appointment slots will take longer, thus the importance of completing all items prior.

I bought filler packages, why can't I book my appointment?

As much as we would love to inject gorgeous lips, we are holding off from performing any procedures that will work around the mouth or require face to face contact for increase amount of time.

Per the recommendations of the Texas Plastic Surgery Association, we are holding off on performing these for the first 2-4 weeks of opening. We will book your filler appointment for the end of May. We got you don't worry.

We will mostly be doing skin consultations, neurotoxin injections, and kybella. I apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience more than you know.

As always, do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

We cannot wait to see your faces! Big virtual hugs and kisses!
